This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the different areas where user´s privacy is concerned and outlines how Ruuts Holding LLC with registered address at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, Country of Sussex (“Ruuts”) recollects and uses personal data of users (“Users”) for the use of its platform (the “Platform”). Furthermore, this Privacy Policy explains the way the Ruuts processes, stores and protects user data and information.

The purpose of our Platform is primarily [to collect data from farmers to register their projects for the generation of carbon credits and subsequent sale to companies that wish to set-off their carbon footprint] (“Services”).

We collect information about you when you: (i) register to the Platform; (ii) operate and/or upload information while using our Platform; and/or (iii) contact us either through our Platform or through other direct means of electronic communication.

We get information about you in a range of ways: 

  • Information You Give Us. Information we collect directly from your interaction with our Platform, includes: 
  • Your email address, telephone number, login and password details and data provided from land and farming management activities. 
  • Feedback and correspondence, such as information you provide in your responses to us, when you report a problem with the Platform, receive customer support or otherwise correspond with us;
  • Usage information, such as information about how you use our Platform and you interact with us.
  • Your geographical region (if applicable).
  • Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving marketing communications and details about how you engage with them.
  • Information Automatically Collected. We may automatically record certain information about how you use our Platform (we refer to this information as “Log Data”). Log Data may include information such as a user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, device and browser type, operating system, your location; time, date and duration of your visit to our Platform, previous visits to our Platform, the features of our Platform you browsed and the time spent on those features, the frequency with which you use the Platform, search terms, the links on our Platform that you clicked on or used, and other statistics. We use this information to administer our Platform and we analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) this information to improve and enhance our Platform by expanding its features and functionality and tailoring it to our Users’ needs and preferences.
  • Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process: We do not collect any special personal data, such as data regarding race or ethnic background, religious beliefs, criminal record, physical and mental health status, or sexual orientation. Our websites and/or service have no intention of collecting information about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify that a visitor is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent.
